Fire Cider is an herbal remedy developed by renowned herbalist Rosemary Gladstar in the late 1970s.

People take it in winter months to support the immune system at the onset of a cold, to soothe the sniffles, and as a warming tonic.

Fire Cider is a traditional herbal remedy used to warm up the body during the cold months and support immunity during cold and flu season. Its striking blend of ginger, garlic, onion, horseradish, chilis, and other herbs gives it a potent warming quality, while apple cider vinegar and honey give it a pleasant sweet-sour flavour.

This stuff is aptly named! I take it daily and have been for about a year now, it tastes really good and it works! I’ve had no coughs, colds, or flu since starting on the Fire Cider. A totally natural immune system booster that puts fire in your belly. I would recommend it to anyone looking to feel generally better daily!

When i think i am coming down with a cough or cold,
I take a couple of spoonful and in a day or 2. Feel absolutely fabulous.

    Brilliant stuff .

First teaspoon is always abit of a shock ?

  3. Victoria Hemus

  4. Dawn

This remedy definitely does the job of curing a cold in our house, gave my immune system a boost and I felt much better after a few days of taking it. It does have a vinegary taste, so the first spoonful is a bit strong, but as you continue to take it you get used to it. I have a bottle on standby for the winter months ??

  5. Simone

Man flu disappeared over night when taking the cider vinegar. It’s punchy but also does exactly what it’s meant to. Definitely one to stock up on ready for winter

  6. Jennifer

Can’t say much on the taste as it’s definitely firey but we definitely felt the effects our family were the lucky few in our circle not to catch a terrible cold that was going around. When one of us got the sniffles this stuff soon saw it off
