Yarrow Tincture (50ml) (Achillea millefolium)

Yarrow has several traditional medicinal uses, most commonly to help with pain relief, help with the treating of colds & flu symptoms, can calm down inflammation, help with improving circulation & is a fab helping hand with minor wounds and can be used as a mouthwash.

Add Yarrow Tincture to water to dilute and use as a disinfection to wash wounds, cuts, scrapes and bites.

For a mouthwash add some drops into a glass of water and swill your mouth, it leaves a lovely refreshing taste
