Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)


Yarrow has several traditional medicinal uses, most commonly to help with pain relief, help with the treating of colds & flu symptoms, can calm down inflammation, help with improving circulation & is a fab helping hand with minor wounds.

  • Steep for 15 – 20 minutes
  • You can add mint, honey or lemon once brewed as it can have a bitter taste
  • Instead of drinking the herbal blend, some people dip bandages or cotton wool into the tea to make a warm or cold compress
